As an Account Manager, you will be the main contact for our clients. You will build relationships with your team and clients while assisting them with customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Your job responsibilities as an Account Manager:

As an Account Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff. As the point-of-contact, you will assist the team by managing a book of personal lines accounts, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals, quickly responding to policy inquiries (email, phone), maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders, checking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account files.

Qualifications:

You are perfect for this opportunity if you have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four -year college or university. Have previous experience directly related to property and casualty account management. State property and casualty licensed is preferred. If you are a team player with a great attitude, self-motivating and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment. Computer experience, Epic or other insurance related software (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook) preferred, you will find our HUB culture a great fit for you.
