We currently have an opportunity for an Client Services Administrator to join our Retirement and Wealth team. The selected employee will be responsible

for providing administrative support to financial services staff and clients in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.

Specific Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Client/Retirement Plan Reporting and Review Preparation

  • Prepare reports for client review meetings

  • Ensure review materials are prepared in advance of client meetings

  • Organize post-meeting notes and materials, save into Salesforce as meeting record

  • Distribute follow-up meeting notes, create and assign tasks in salesforce for any follow-up or action items

  • Salesforce administration

  • Monitor and track outstanding client items

  • Follow-up on outstanding items

  • Assign tasks to colleagues for required action items

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments

  • Point of contact on all non-financial client service.

  • Address updates

  • Beneficiary changes

  • General admin changes

  • Update salesforce accordingly

  • Follow-up with vendors to ensure updates were made

  • Become subject matter expert and office resource on LPL website

  • Establish shell accounts for new business

  • Navigation assistance

  • Take point on learning new features

  • Interface with LPL service team

  • Learn client reporting capabilities

  • Client website assistance

  • Walk clients through navigating LPL site

  • Salesforce Research

  • Retrieve historical data

  • Recall prior meeting notes

  • Pull client documents

  • Assist clients with retrieving tax documents during tax season

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • General investment knowledge and customer service experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
