We are looking for a professional, organized, detail-oriented team player to join HUB International Investment Services, a nationally recognized Retirement Plan Consulting & Wealth Management Firm. This is a part-time position, requiring 20-30 hours per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for all client billing through QuickBooks

  • Work closely with our vendor partners in gathering data needed for our billing and using their websites to pull data from their reporting systems

  • Responsible to speaking with clients about our billing process and answering questions

  • Assist the on boarding of new employees including ordering hardware through IT, coordinating licensing requirements and support to internal partners in HR and our corporate offices

  • Assist with client events, client support, and special projects

  • Keep our marketing databases up to date by gathering necessary information and by entering the data in a timely manner

  • Help to prepare marketing materials for our sales and service team or work on special projects around new sales or prospect meetings

  • Be willing to be part of team that helps each other meet our goals to grow our book of clients

Valuable experience for someone applying for this job:

  • Experienced in QuickBooks (at least 2 years)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Comfortable speaking with people on the phone, positive attitude, and professional interpersonal skills

  • Project management experience with working on several projects with different timelines simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Independent person able to problem solve and work well without oversight

  • Also, helpful to have experience with Constant Contact, Sales Force or client management data bases will be helpful
