Responsible for managing three (3) critical initiatives across Hub Los Angeles/Orange County (LAOC): 1) Producer Management & Validation; 2) Cross-Selling; and 3) Being Boundaryless.

For the Producer Management & Validation initiative, responsible for direct management of local production team including weekly coaching and accountability/reality checks with authority over hiring, promotions, leave authorization and firing. Also responsible for managing other producers in the region in seeking to generate cross selling opportunities in our other business lines with dotted-line authority.

For the Cross-Selling initiative, oversee the development, implementation, and creation of metrics to measure the success of cross-sell strategies/initiatives. Set LAOC, departmental and producer cross-sell goals. Serve as a match maker between LAOC producers (CL, EB, PL, Life, RPW). Proactively mine EPIC, BP, and CORE data to identify x-sell opportunities. Nurture producer peer-to-peer relationships by building trust. Provide coaching and best practices techniques to sales teams. Oversee the tracking and reporting on opportunities uncovered via the Critical Path process.

For the Being Boundaryless initiative, oversee all new business opportunities over $20,000 to ensure the full breadth and depth of Hub is leveraged to improve hit/closing ratios, including but is not limited to business opportunities within Specialties, Risk Services, Claims, and WREB. Work with the Complex Risk Team to master the practice of inter and intra Hub collaboration. Oversee all Deal Desk transactions. Manage the Sales Acceleration Program, including conducting annual planning and monthly forecasting for this cohort group and attending client meetings to support producer new business and growth opportunities. Oversee the creation of financial reports using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and analysis on the above three initiatives and report to leadership monthly. Direct subordinates include thirteen (13) insurance brokers (producers). Indirect subordinates include ninety-two (92) insurance brokers (producers).

Must have 3 years of sales leadership with an international insurance company. Must have three (3) years of experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Development Consultant. Must also have 3 years of experience with the following different insurance industry verticals: Transportation; Healthcare; Hospitality; Agribusiness and Food; Financial Institutes; Cannabis; Real Estate; Construction; Entertainment; and Sports. The occupation requires travel throughout the Unites States. Travel is required 4 to 6 times per year.
