Sales Resource Manager

The Sales Resource Manager (SRM) plays a major role in the growth and development of our

sales culture. The SRM assists in the below functions within the Hub region they support:

  • Drive the tools that allow for sales efficiency.

  • Provide valuable support and training to field operations.

  • Identify and drive best practices.

SRMs serve as the “go to” person for Hub sales tools within their region and/or super region. The

Sales Resource Manager is the Sales Tools Champion and functions as the knowledge source on

technology resources for their region.

Job Description

  • Ability to support CSO and sales team in the overall sales process including:

o Research

o Presentation preparation

o Reporting

  • Technology Tools and Resources

o Implementation

o Training

o Support

o Onboard new producers and acquisitions

o Interface between head office and local information technology teams.

  • Marketing

o Coordinate and interface with corp. Marketing staff

o Handle local logistics

o Go to for marketing technology tools

  • Sales Management

o Pipeline utilization

o Business planning

o Sales meeting coordination


  • 5-7 years of Insurance experience; preferably sales-related

  • Undergraduate degree highly desirable

  • Professional and credible

  • Detail oriented

  • Advanced Level in Microsoft Office Suite(e.g Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to anticipate needs and suggest / provide solutions

  • Ability to address groups of people / public speaking / articulate

  • Ability to manage teams

  • Comfortable presenting to customers / Markets when required

  • Sales mentality / desire to win / ability to understand numbers and need for delivering on

those numbers

  • Sense of urgency

  • Good rapport with management and producers
