The Assistant Marketing/Branding Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating and executing regional and office specific, specialty specific and M&A specific campaigns and special projects across the Carolinas. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to administrative support and duties, coordination of various tasks associated with office mailings, via USPS and/or email.


  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO on sending out monthly client communications

  • Support the SC school district team with internal and external events as needed

  • Communications

  • In accordance with HUB branding, graphically designs and coordinates with ad agency layouts for advertisements, articles, proposals, reports, brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.

  • Develops and manages execution of plans for marketing, communication, advertising and special projects

  • Experience list management – monthly updates (responsible for collecting and logging new accounts)

  • Mailings

  • Drafting and execution of insurance updates – monthly

  • Drafting, printing, and mailing of letters (i.e. new employee / change of account manager)

  • Preparation of Mail Merge lists and execution of product

  • PowerPoint Presentations

  • Firm Meetings

  • Client Presentations as needed

  • Other related duties as required or assigned

  • Marketing and Branding campaign for SC offices

  • Executes marketing and communication strategies to promote firm brand in selected areas.

  • Webinars, School District seminars, client facing luncheons, etc.


  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Four-year college degree in communications or business preferred

  • 1 – 3 years of communications or business experience preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with Mail Merge preferred

  • Knowledge of Adobe preferred

  • Detail-oriented self-starter, proactive when it comes to prioritizing workflow

  • Significant skill in handling competing demands and projects

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility

  • Mastery of virtual technology, including meeting scheduling, video display and screen sharing

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: High school or equivalent
