Hub International Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative in Clearwater, Florida

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering questions about eligibility, benefits, claims and other common questions about health insurance and guidelines for an assigned book of business. In this highly visible role, we look to your experience, passion and customer focus to help us achieve high levels of customer service to educate and problem solve for our clients.

To be successful in this role you have to have a passion for customer service and building lasting relations with our clients.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria

•Strong commitment to customer service, administrative and clerical skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

•Demonstrated and proven analytical, organizational, team building and listening skills

•Excellent written and verbal communications

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure

•Good decision making skills

•Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and team spirit

Role Desirables

•Associates and Bachelor’s degree or currently working toward a degree

•Background in insurance, customer service or call center environment preferred
