The Role: Personal Lines Retention Specialist
Supporting retail delivery and customer service for personal lines
Role Overview and Purpose :
Reporting to the Regional VP Operations and working closely with the VP Sale the role is responsible to provide support, training and service for personal lines retail staff.
Guidance and solutions of system or process or product solutions and complex or hard to place cases.
Training and onboarding of new staff or progression of existing staff through the HUB Ready training programs.
Temporary servicing of books or lead opportunities while we hire and train replacement staff
This role can be an in branch role or for the right candidate an at home job opportunity. The role may be FT or PT.
Assume assignment of vacant servicer books and service those clients until replacement staffing is in place and trained. (Changes, Renewals, Remarkets, etc.)
Train new staff through the HUB Ready program. Evaluate the readiness or if any, gaps in the learning path.
Assist in development of existing staff
Be available for support calls and provide guidance to staff for questions on workflows or product solutions.
Resolve or escalate and customer service or compliant issues.
Work closely with the Branch Manager or Personal Lines Manager to ensure seamless quality serving on accounts
Escalate any concerns or issues to management
Excellent working knowledge of EPIC, ARS and carrier portals
Demonstrated Personal Lines knowledge and expertise
Passion for service excellence helping other learn and grow
Proven communication and training skills
Level 2 licensing
Regional Renewal calls are completed. Retention targets maintained
HUB PL service standards are maintained
NPS survey results are maintained.
Cross sell/upsell and referral targets are met
New staff progress and assessment through the HUB Ready program is documented.
