Position/Role : Personal Lines and Private Auto (PL) Auditor for BC and Alberta

Duties Include:

  • Review and complete annual file audit checklists as per the Personal Lines and Private (PL) Auto Procedures and Workflows

  • Verify adherence to Broker Standards and determine if the processes in place are operating effectively and how they impact client service

  • Identify areas of improvements within the operational process

  • Compile data/findings and create final report identifying results and recommendations

  • Communicate final report to designated recipients

Experience:

  • Knowledge of Personal Lines and Auto Processes and Procedures for B.C. and Alberta, (as auto procedures differ between Provinces, training can be provided)

  • Level 1 license

  • Experience in Personal Lines and Auto Sales preferred, but not mandatory to the position

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Epic

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadline expectations

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
