As an Employee Benefits Administrator , you will work closely with our clients to keep their benefit plans up to date with new hires, terminations, and member changes. Additionally, your role will include Health and Dental claim assessments and processing payments, based on plan parameters and eligibility. You will learn about our plan designs and general Extended Health and Dental benefit practices, in order to better assist Clients and Plan Members with everyday questions about their coverage, with confidence.

  • High school education or equivalent

A day in the life -

  • Client and Plan Member Service.

  • Data entry of Employee (Plan Member) records.

  • Reconciling and Billing benefit premiums.

  • Extended Health and Dental claim assessments, data entry, and processing payments.

  • Administrative duties, such as, answering the phone, mailing, and filing.

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
