List of Essential Duties:

• Create, maintain and oversee invoice processing daily queue to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of invoice collection, processing, and recording

• Monitor invoice processing key performance indicators, identify abnormities and seek improvement on efficiency and effectiveness

• Provide guidance, support and help invoice processors to solve issues or questions

• Act as Liaison between processors, Hub branch offices and vendors to address issues, disputes, or variances

• Monitor invoice approval process and follow up with approver for aged invoice

• Maintain and update master work sheet for metrics pertaining to Hub branches relates to new acquisition or branch changes

• Other overseeing and team leading duties as assigned

• Contribute to a cooperative team environment in which cross functions are assumed as necessary in order to meet department deadlines and goals

• Provide direct support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Accounts Payable manager as required

Work experience/minimum qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the accounting field

• Must be a great team player with positive and can-do attitude

• Comfortable to work in fast pace, large volume, highly automated working environment

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

• Experience in a shared services accounting environment preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate/advanced Word and Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results

• Must have some flexibility of work hours and have ability to potentially put in extra hours during peak times

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
