About the Position:

Join one of the top acquiring firms as a Technical Project Coordinator! We are seeking individuals who are great with people, have high attention to detail, eager to learn new processes and continually improve Hub’s ability to integrate new companies and new technology.

Reporting to the Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions Integrations, you will work collaboratively with our M&A integration stakeholders to track and measure the execution of integration plans and identify and escalate risks and issues.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

•Keep track of all key data points associated with all active M&A Integrations, from the signing of the LOI, through Integration complete

•Provide weekly status updates of active M&A Integration projects, including key data points & metrics.

•Assist the team with adhoc small projects or coordination activities as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

•Strong spoken verbal and written communicate skills.

•Intermediate to expert experience with Microsoft Office software tools, with proficiency in the following:

•Microsoft Excel: ability to perform data analysis and reporting operations such as create pivot tables, charts with secondary axes, and use other data formatting and lookup functions.

•Microsoft PowerPoint: ability to create PowerPoint slides with imbedded tables and / or charts. Also able to create a simple reporting or persuasive presentation.

•Microsoft SharePoint: ability to navigate and upload / download data, and use of version history functions.

•Experience working on projects involving people, technology, and process integration.

•Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

•Ability to travel periodically. Although role does not involve regular travel, expect that in first 3 months there will be need for travel for orientation and familiarization. Occasional further travel (10%) may be necessary as part of Project Coordinator responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications:

•Insurance, brokerage and/or financial services industry experience.

•Familiarity with project management concepts.

•Experience with infrastructure implementations or application data conversions and software delivery lifecycle.

•Technology familiarization in:

•Waterfall or agile project methodology

•Software Application topics (coding, application testing, data management, and conversion)

•IT organizational areas (Solution Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, Telecom., Operations, PMO)
