The Strategic Resource Associate (Sales Support) is a member of the Midwest West Sales team and has a direct impact on the success of HUB’s sales organization. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in sales operation and marketing and has a desire to learn and grow.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Act as main point of contact for Midwest West sales team on all sales tools and resource needs
Administrator for all tools & resources including activation of new accounts, reporting, troubleshooting, and tracking utilization
Manage and update local content in our Sales Enablement platform, Seismic
Assist with development of scrubbed lead lists, capabilities presentations, sell sheets, and placemats
Present in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for individual Producers and office locations
Work with corporate Marketing in the creation of and execution of advertisements, microsites, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence
Work with Business Development Team in the development and execution of Producer campaigns
Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training
Work with Chief Sales Officer to onboard new Producers and acquired locations to promote their joining HUB
Travel
On average, 25% domestic travel to offices within the HUB or region, and 2-3 trips to Chicago (Corporate) per year. HUB is an international broker. On rare occasions the SRM may be asked to cross border in support of an initiative, or to attend a training or meeting.
Desired Skills & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
Desire to be part of a team that facilitates the success of HUB’s sales team
An interest in sales or sales support
Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions
Marketing solutions mentality
Competent and comfortable with technology; demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office
Experience or familiarity with CRM tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics a plus (not required)
Exceptional communicator with customers, sales teams, and technical resources
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to take initiative
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
