Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions

• Research reconciling items for resolution and review for compliance

• Balance bi-weekly payroll cycles resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper classification

• Reconcile balance sheet payroll accounts to ensure accuracy of outgoing payments

• Perform accounting analyses

• Prepare and enter journal entries in ERP system

• Act as backup to other team members during time off

• Assist with other special projects, as assigned

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or currently pursuing

• Oracle/Workday/ADP experience is a plus

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results
