Reporting to the Sitecore Development Manager, this role will primarily involve hands-on development of solutions in Sitecore and in-depth of understanding of the best practices in developing and enhancing Sitecore websites. The candidate must have good knowledge in .Net framework and web applications development. Additionally, being a key team member must follow all the process and standards in a fast-paced agile environment.


  • Design and implement new components or enhancements to existing ones.

  • Work closely with Sitecore Development Manager, other Sitecore developers from Vendor teams, analysts and deliver quality technical solutions.

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to the stakeholders.

  • Willing to develop Sitecore solutions following all possible guidelines and best practices.

  • Stay on top of technological advancements in Sitecore and the possible benefits that it can provide to Hub.

  • Be a positive influence and a contributing team member.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and other functional team meetings.

  • Provide accurate estimates for any future projects or requirements based on high level requirements.

  • Ensures all Key deliverables are done in a timely manner with maximum quality.

  • Understands the point of the exercise and feels comfortable making decisions and asking questions that advocate for the value – driving solutions.

  • Mentor Junior team members technically.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 10-12 years of Development experience with at least 8-10 years in Sitecore and its ecosystem, comprising Sitecore, Helix, Habitat, Sitecore commerce, SXA Personalization etc.,

  • Experience working in Sitecore’s XM Cloud Product, SaaS offering of Sitecore

  • Expertise in handling GraphQL Queries to support Headless Development.

  • Expertise and hands-on project experience in Sitecore Headless CMS, exposing components using custom API and Sitecore JSS framework.

  • Developed React WebApps for front-end Headless Sitecore CMS.

  • Good experience in Helix and Habitat principles, Sitecore commerce, Coveo for Sitecore, SOLR.

  • Experienced in working with Sitecore Managed Cloud (PaaS) environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Sitecore principles and working with templates, Renderings, Pipelines, Media library.

  • Working in Sitecore V9.3 and higher.

  • Good Understanding of Doing Sitecore Migrations to different Versions

  • Good understanding of Azure deployments and CI/CD environments, GitHub and Azure Devops pipelines and deployment tools

  • Strong knowledge in SQL.

  • Experience in integrating Rest API/ SOAP etc.,

  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Angular, React, Next etc.,

  • Experience working in an Agile scrum team

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good understanding of SDLC; development and testing methodologies

  • Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others

  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing business conditions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence.

  • Experience with Azure and Amazon Cloud (AWS)

  • Sitecore Certifications.

This role is open to candidates in the US or Canada. Although hybrid to a local Hub location is preferred, remote candidates may be considered.
