The Sr. Voice Integration Specialist will be responsible for the Voice onboarding and integration of all MNA activities.Additional responsibilities t include reviewing telecom provider services, inventories, and invoices.This specialist will maintain records of installations and disconnections of all circuits, and then work with vendors to assure circuit disconnect.On smaller projects, take the lead, and on larger projects, join the team.Ensure that assistance is given in a professional and polite manner, with a focus on promptness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead MAI voice migrations including the porting of numbers, cutsheet reviews and work with vendor to build voice configurations.

  • Schedule and coordinate voice services for office moves and office closures. Review cutsheets work with voice vendor regarding changes.

  • Maintain Operations voice and data inventory.

  • Create and maintain KB articles regarding Teams Voice services.

  • Create and maintain depositories for all Operations data such as master site list, calendar of events and inventory.

  • Assist with invoice payment and tracking.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and track installation and disconnection of telephony & network orders

  • Analyze voice and data invoices for accuracy and investigate discrepancies.

  • Assist in the management of partnerships with network and telecom providers, as well as the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

  • Utilize spreadsheets and/or databases for tracking inventory, invoice validation details, and payments of invoices.

  • Effectively communicate with users, peers, and management by blending appropriate levels of detail to ensure understanding.

Additional Duties may include.

  • Ongoing assistance in assigned workload/go-lives.

  • In addition, you will provide help with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, & responding to ad hoc customer requests

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of completing troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

  • Prefer 5+ years of previous IT/Telcom experience.

Although hybrid to a local HUB office is desirable, this position is open to remote candidates

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
