About The Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our marketing function. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in digital marketing and multichannel strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or project manager and possess expertise in various marketing functions.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will work closely with the VP of Marketing to support the strategic vision crucial in steering our company through the evolving market challenges and seizing opportunities with agility and foresight.

You will play a key role in creating a variety of sales and marketing collateral and creative content to tell the story, value proposition and differentiators of our brands that resonates deeply with our customers and stands out in a competitive landscape across a variety of digital and non-digital channels.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketing strategy.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the development and execution of multichannel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

  • Optimize digital marketing channels to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Project Management:

  • Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage project timelines and deliverables.

  • Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Marketing Operations:

  • Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability across marketing.

  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within marketing databases and systems.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their professional goals.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Monitor expenditures and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to maximize efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or project manager in a similar role.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and multichannel strategies.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
