We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager contribute to our digital marketing strategies and lead the demand generation for our brand and portfolio of brands. Job Overview

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of digital strategies and owning our lead generation initiatives leveraging SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, AI tools (narrow and general). You will manage relationships with freelancers, third-party agencies, and multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of our lead generation strategies while working closely with our content

strategist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies with one clear objective – lead generation.

  • Oversee affiliate marketing programs to drive growth and reach target audiences.

  • Leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to improve customer interaction, enhance

marketing efforts, and optimize lead generation.

  • Collaborate with freelancers, third-party agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of paid marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve performance and meet KPIs.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and implement innovative digital marketing techniques.

  • Manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Provide monthly KPI reports along with insights on marketing performance and ways to improve, optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role within the insurance industry.

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns (strategy & implementation).

  • Proven track record of leveraging SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing and other channels to generate leads.

  • Proven experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Frase.io, Jasper, similar AI tools and other AI tools focused on lead generation.

  • Experience manage freelancers, third-party agencies, and multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven experience on performance marketing metrics and analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, management, organization, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4, AdWords, CRM software, Dynamics 365, SEMRush, MOZ, Hrefs, and other relevant SEO/SEM tools.

  • Experience managing WordPress websites a plus.

Work Location

This role is based in Chicago and works a hybrid schedule with in office work 2-3 days a week.
