Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join our team and play a pivotal role in evolving our brand’s presence in the insurance and financial advisory industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading innovative campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and foster deeper engagement with our existing client base.

The chosen candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, devising and leading marketing initiatives that are impactful and innovative. They will contribute a blend of customer-centric and strategic thinking to effectively cultivate and expand upon a valued brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and development of marketing initiatives to evolve the HUB Brand.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring a consistent brand image across all channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative and digital marketing to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Drive the development of innovative and disruptive marketing materials to break through the mundane and captivate the attention of our audience.

  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel cross-industry campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing channels.

  • Oversee the communication efforts related to our crisis resource center and lead the ongoing development of our crisis response support.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to measure the success of campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools to track and report on results.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders – connecting regularly with them and others to ensure alignment.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, interpreting insights, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and concepts clearly.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred.

  • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or related industries is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing or a related role.

  • Significant record of bringing new ideas and campaigns to market, demonstrating test-and-learn.

  • Experience in working with and on a team of marketing professionals.
