Job Title: Program Assistant Seasonal Staff

SUMMARY
This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to meet the needs of our Programs operations. Specifically, your mission will be to support the service team while uncovering opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.
Sort all incoming mail that was scanned into the Image Right index step and distribute the mail into the correct processing step, creating tasks for the program assistant team.
This is done daily .
Responsible for managing the PL unit’s returned mail by reaching out to the impacted member to get updated contact information, updating the agency management system and then resending the returned documents to our members.
This is done as needed .
Retrieve change request forms from Chase, import them into Image Right and assign them to the PL -Endorsement step in Image Right.
Process endorsements, cancellations, and new business requests in the agency management system promptly, resolve roadblocks to processing changes.
This is done daily .
Issue student coverage onto the designated Trust Vet’s VETPRO policy in Duck Creek if the students mailing address is in NH, MA or VI. The requests will come from the studentcoverage@hubinternational.com inbox.
This is done as needed.
Manage the info@avmaplit.com inbox by importing the incoming requests into the appropriate Image Right processing step.
This is done daily.
Investigate and resolve credit on account – determine how to apply, transfer, or return to client.
May provide phone support if necessary.
Maintain service standards as outlined in the procedure manual.
Maintain confidentiality requirements regarding insurance coverage.
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
Excellent oral and written English communications skills
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
Ability to work in a positive team environment
Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB’s facility(s)
Ability to work overtime and extended hours if necessary as well as the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve. Early and Late shifts may be available.
Well organized and efficient in meeting deadlines and goals.
