Hub International Reporting Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
This role requires an individual who is professional and who displays the drive, determination, and self-motivation to meet the needs of our Program operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for various business units across the department.
Provide information and data to internal/external customers on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
Develop methodologies, dashboards, and files for analyzing and presenting data
Identify opportunities to enhance business decision making through improved reporting
Work closely with sales, service, and marketing to develop reports needed to perform key processes and identify and quantify issues that impact financial data
Create SQL tables & views, write queries, and perform light SQL server database management
Utilizing a variety of reporting tools and software, develops queries to generate reports and/or gather data from multiple sources. Focuses on user needs in defining data requirements and retrieving accurate information/reporting requirements from start to finish to minimize future revisions.
Develop and maintain data preparation and validation routines to support data mining and report presentation.
Ensures that reports generated meet department standards for accuracy, timeliness and consistency. Develops and implements coding to ensure ongoing creation of reports as needed.
Audits data and reports produced to ensure accuracy and consistency. Determines and implements methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reports.
Extract and analyze data from different sources to use in analysis that creates monthly reports and other documents of varying complexity to provide guidance/direction
Interpret data to provide insights to clients and to identify opportunities
Create and generate call center reports for all key performance metrics.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated proficiency with, but not limited to, Microsoft products including Excel, Power BI, SQL and DAX.
Ability to work in a positive team environment.
Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB’s facility.
Experience with Duck Creek, Applied EPIC, Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
Experience with InContact call center platform a plus.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years of related experience providing analytics

Required Education: High school or equivalent
