About the Position:

Join one of the top insurance brokerage firms as the Head of the Family Office Resource Group in HUB Private Client, our high net worth (HNW) personal insurance division! We are seeking individuals who can lead, drive, and implement HNW Personal Lines initiatives focused on providing targeted high touch support to families. The Head of the Family Office Resource Group is a senior leader empowered to redesign and innovate the service experience to ensure families can fully leverage the range of offerings Hub can provide. This leader will design the Family Resource Group team including identifying and bringing on board specialized talent and creating team member and organizational tools to optimize service delivery and drive increased adoption and retention. This role will be instrumental in creating a comprehensive strategy focused on addressing the unique needs of ultra-high net worth clients across Hub’s regions. The role will focus on developing a strategy as well as implementing an operational framework for service that considers all geographies and segments of our HNW and UHNW (ultra-high net worth) clients. You will work with Hub’s technology, operations, and local leaders as a business builder and as an operational leader across multiple disciplines.

Reporting to the EVP of Personal Lines High Net Worth, you will work closely with our HNW National Strategic Account Executive team. As a leader in this new role, your initial responsibility will be creating a multi-year high net worth/ultra-high net worth family resource group strategy in partnership with your manager and key stakeholders.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Build and launch a specialized team that understands and can offer solutions around the complex risks HNW families face.

  • Provide a framework of service that considers all geographies and segments for our HNW and UHNW clients.

  • Work closely with ultra-high net worth clients creating offerings that complement the Private Client Risk advisor and team.

  • Develop and lead enterprise level best practice standards that encompass existing processes.

  • Create and implement a scalable playbook that focuses on private client solutions in collaboration with Hub’s brokers and specialists.

  • Expand risk advisory services focused on ultra-high net worth clients

  • Manage vendor relationships for productivity results and service level agreements.

  • Network with company stakeholders in technology and operations, as well as business leaders to develop better client experience strategies.

  • Create tools including vulnerability modeling, catastrophic planning, travel assessments, and Nextgen lifestyle planning to assist in client and prospect meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred.

  • At least 15 years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in the insurance/finance industry creating tools and resources that drive unmatched service to key client segments.

  • Multiple years leading customer experience, or operations & service organizations.

  • Significant experience in Family Office and/or Tax, Trust & Estate planning preferred.

  • Must be knowledgeable about and adhere to industry standards and regulations and maintain all required industry licenses.

  • Significant track record of meeting commitments within deadlines and keeping others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues.

  • Strong experience initiating and leading projects and initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and functions.

  • Addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.

  • Works effectively as a leader with all levels of the organization and across stakeholder groups.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
