Summary:

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Account Manager in our Professional and Executive Risk (ProEx) segment. As the Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for supporting our ProEx team in retaining clients, as well as providing support to Producers and/or Account Managers in obtaining and expanding business.

In this role, you will:

  • Process lost policy release forms; transmit correspondence to insured and carriers

  • Process endorsement requests and secure pricing from carrier if needed

  • Manage account documentation including ERM 14 forms; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrier

  • Maintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely

  • Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested

  • Pursue a program for personal and professional development

  • Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management

  • Provide support to the ProEx team

  • Daily management of the agency interface system (download) and ensure all transactions are matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month end

  • Process invoice activities and follow up on outstanding invoices, on behalf of Account Managers

  • Willingness to sit for Property/Casualty Licensing exam within 90-days of hire date

  • High school diploma required, though college degree is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies

  • Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel & Word

  • EPIC experience preferred

  • The compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience
