Job Summary:

Seeking a D365 CE Technical Architect to lead the technical aspects of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects and workstreams in collaboration with our functional team, support team and developers. The D365 CE Technical Architect will also be the day-to-day technical resource on assigned projects and workstreams. The D365 CE Technical Architect will equip both the end user and the team with the knowledge to implement Dynamics 365 in the most effective and architecturally sound way. The D365 CE Technical Architect will report to the Director, Sales Operations and Technology on the Sales Enablement Team at HUB International.

Responsibilities :

• Learn the business needs and processes to architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques helping to achieve system goals. Designs should find a balance between user satisfaction/experience, maintainability, scalability, and cost to implement.

• Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on architectural and business needs.

• Help drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.

• Lead data-centric discussions with the business through discovery meetings.

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.

• Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CE.

• Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.

• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 CE product and industry knowledge

• 5+ years designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies.

• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to company leadership. Ability to translate the technical into business language.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
