We are seeking a full time Senior Account Executive for one of our Commercial Lines departments. This candidate will work on mid-market accounts.

This position is open to any of our NY, NJ, PA, CT, and MA offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Servicing for P&C clients: Full management of a book of business including marketing, servicing, renewal management, analyzing risks, invoicing, reporting and assisting in all needs for sophisticated business customers.

  • Communicating with prospects, clients, and underwriters

  • Presentation of quotes and proposals for new business and renewals

  • Review policies, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage

  • Manage renewal process for expiring policies.

  • Create certificates of insurance, endorsement requests, bonds and binders

  • Ensure client's needs are met in a timely manner

  • Online rating with multiple carriers

  • Completion of Acord applications

  • Documenting and tracking via Applied Epic

  • High premium, niche industry (real estate, healthcare, financial services) client management experience necessary

  • Knowledge of major carriers and non-admitted markets

Qualifications include :

  • At least 5 years P&C experience at a retail insurance agency.

  • A Broker's license is required.

  • Knowledge of NY labor laws.

  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, motivated, and reliable.

  • Excel and Applied EPIC experience required

The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
