SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Global Retirement Partners, LLC, and will be responsible for the expansion, execution, and growth of GRP’s wealth management offerings and operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training of prospective, new, and existing advisors

  • Transition support

  • SME on all current and future LPL Financial technologies, products, and operational procedures

  • Consulting on advisor business best practices

  • Thought leadership in the wealth space, attending conferences and other industry events

  • Operational support

  • Staying abreast of industry trends, technologies and new product offerings

  • Execution and growth of GRP’s internal models, GRP Portfolios

  • Launch and execution of all future wealth management products and platforms

  • Learn and support off platform custody at Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade and Fidelity

  • Light to moderate travel required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5-10 years of experience in financial services

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry

  • In-depth knowledge of LPL Financial technologies, advisory platforms, and operational procedures

  • 2-5 years of advisor training experience or exceptional presentation skills

  • Ability to present to large groups

  • Series 7, 66 or able to attain within 6 months

  • Self-driven and able to work well independently in deadline-oriented environment

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office products

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
