Our Account Representatives play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You will work directly with Account Executives/Managers and Producers to help service our clients by performing a variety of technical and analytical functions.

You will . . .

  • maintain client relationships, supports client retention, maintains carrier relationships, and understands client needs

  • serve as day-to-day contact within the internal team and provides resolution for client questions and issues

  • provide assistance with clients' billing issues

  • manages claims and eligibility resolution for clients' employees

  • draft employee communication materials and ensure accuracy of data

  • review and process employee benefits adds/terms/changes with carriers

  • complete MyBenefitsChampion workbooks for renewals and new groups

  • update and distribute Benefits Administration reminders to renewing groups

  • review employee enrollment forms to ensure all required data is entered and data is complete

  • print and bind open enrollment communication materials

  • process COBRA renewals

  • request and review Schedule As

  • completes EDI vendor renewal and/or assist with implementation workbook, ensuring accuracy of data

  • build benefit portals (BenefitHUB, EaseCentral, etc.)

  • order supplies from carriers, review for accuracy and ensure distribution to clients and clients' EDI providers

  • assist with various other administrative tasks on an as-needed basis


You are perfect for this opportunity if you . . .

  • hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred)

  • have some experience with employee benefits

  • are willing to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire

  • have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization

  • possess demonstrated math proficiency

  • are computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • are bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred, not required)
