As Team Assistant, you provide administrative support for an entrepreneurial, client-driven team. You will work collaboratively with a team of insurance professionals, in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a newly created role with exceptional growth opportunity in a growing area of the business.

Key Activities

  • Processing of documentations (Renewals, Endorsements, Finance Contracts, Summaries of Coverage) includes Policy Issuance

  • Invoice billings

  • Reviewing policy documentation

  • Updating application forms and creating rate sheets

  • Attaching Inspection Reports and Site Photos

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Level 1 General Insurance License

  • Strong organization skills

  • Industry experience preferred but willing to train

  • Detailed oriented and able to prioritize

  • Strong computer skills

  • Excel experience an asset

  • Team oriented
