Are you our next Auto I nsurance Advisor ? Do you thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment where client service is the focus? Our Still Creek Branch/Office is located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore Skytrain station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.
What you’ll be up to as our Insurance Advisor...
First things first, you are committed to providing exceptional client servicing and are comfortable with communicating via telephone.
You’ll be providing ICBC and private auto coverage advice and sales to clients – new, renewals, changes, cancellations - in the office and in a call-center environment including provincial vehicle registration and licensing.
You’ll ensure adherence to ICBC and private auto production budgets, timelines, policies, procedures and workflows.
You’ll interpret and ensure that insurer and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed including compliance with inventory and handling of funds and documents.
You’re committed to driving our sales culture through identifying new business opportunities (cross-selling) of other HUB market offerings
You’re passionate about personal growth and professional development to enhance your skills, abilities, and performance.
You’ll drive revenue growth at the renewal call centre.
At the end of the day, we represent HUB. You’ll need to ensure that you and your team understand and live up to our HUB values, mission and vision.
What you bring to the table…
Let’s cut to the chase. You hold at least a Level 1 General Insurance License.
This isn’t your first rodeo. You bring at least 6 months of Auto Insurance experience.
You are passionate about providing exceptional client servicing and have demonstrated this in your previous experiences.
You have superior organization and communication skills, both verbal and written.
You show initiative and drive in driving sales.
