Claims Administrator


•Answer in-bound claims calls from: clients, carriers, and internal & external adjustors

•Monitor general claims emails from internal and external stakeholders

•Liaise with various internal and external parties to ensure claims follow-up

•Report, monitor and attach claims information into Epic (adjuster/restoration company/payments)

•Review policy declarations and wordings for coverage conditions

•Assist with claims data entry for Canadian Automobile Associations claims

•Negotiate settlements and facilitate claims with clients and insurers

•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications

•1-2 years of administrative experience

•Industry experience is an asset

•Level 1 General Insurance License required

•Outstanding customer service skills

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word

•Enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment

•Familiarity with EPIC is an asset
