What We’re Looking For

Are you someone who is eager and ambitious to grow their insurance career? We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Associate Insurance Advisor to support our Marine Insurance team as part of our Personal Insurance Division. You will work closely with the Marine team, providing sales and administrative support. This is your opportunity to join an industry-leading team while developing and broadening your insurance knowledge.


  • Level 1 General Insurance License

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

A Day in the Life

  • Provide administrative and rating support to the Marine team

  • Support the Sales team with all aspects of servicing the accounts

  • Update client information as changes occur

  • Process all documentation according to HUB workflows and prioritize assigned tasks on a daily basis

  • Review policy documentation to ensure accuracy

  • Assigning new business leads to the Sales team accordingly

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
