Customer Service Representative Blue Bell, PA

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines group in the Blue Bell, PA office. This position will service existing accounts and coordinate account activity as well as evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed.
Specific responsibilities include:
Request and follow-up on routine policy changes
Receive, review, bill and forward invoices, endorsements, audits and other documents as necessary
Requesting loss runs and preparing loss summaries
Prepare summaries/ schedules of insurance
Rating with on-Line carrier as needed
Support Account Manager and Account Executive providing client service to commercial accounts
Assist Account Manager updating insurance renewal proposals
Occasionally issue Certificates of Insurance and other Evidence of Coverage documents
Maintain accurate data in agency management system

Minimum 2 years of commercial lines experience with middle market and/or large accounts
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-workers, clients and carriers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb attention to detail and strong organization skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC a plus
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
