We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join our Wealth & Retirement team in Pennsylvania.This position will provide administrative support to the sales staff and Retirement Plan Advisors.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Answering phones, directing calls and/or taking messages

• Entering data and running investment reports as assigned for Retirement Plan clients

• Updating client and prospect data in company databases

• Supporting sales staff with proposal materials, presentations, and other documents needed for client/prospect meetings

• Managing Sales staff calendars

• Assisting in the preparation and processing of client paperwork

• Other projects/duties as assigned.

• Prior office experience preferred

• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
