Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Service Operations Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. You’ll be managing teams to successful outcomes from regional strategic goals, key initiatives, efficiency gains, client retention and high service standards. Other tasks include reviewing and auditing reports to identify training needs or insurance knowledge insufficiencies. You’ll be a champion in facilitating effective communication between direct reports, be responsible for creating an environment where employees can share ideas and suggest improvements. You’ll be continually reviewing books of business to avoid uneven workloads or teams that are not equally managed.
You’re Great At
Ideally you must possess excellent management & coordination skills, wherein you’ll be continually reviewing procedures and workflows, supervising a team of Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers and administrative staff, to adequately serve the client . You should have at least 5 years of insurance brokerage experience with strong & exceptional organizational, leadership and customer service skills. Should have a strong understanding of Broker Management systems and Insurance principles.
