Now we're seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is all about creating and deploying compelling digital marketing and communication strategies to drive client engagement and help lead employees to better financial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft and oversee the execution of multi-channel communication and engagement campaigns, consistently bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table

  • Assist with marketing operations and digital marketing tools—including email marketing, CRM automation, website, knowledgebase, and other web apps

  • Provide marketing and communication support during new client onboarding, making the process seamless and welcoming

  • While not directly in charge of design/copywriting, you will influence/coordinate the delivery of email newsletters, landing pages, social media, text messages, and other digital assets

  • Collaborate closely with our Business Development, Implementation, and Client Success teams to seize and execute B2C marketing and communication opportunities

  • Monitor and adjust communication campaigns based on engagement metrics, ensuring continuous optimization and success

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting your findings to enhance our marketing and communication strategies

We value:

  • 3-5 years of experience at a marketing/communications agency or as part of an in-house marketing team

  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM, automation, and website CMS

  • Experience with data analysis to drive informed decision making

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure

  • Experience with HubSpot or another similar CRM, to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

  • Some experience in financial services or employee benefits (preferred but not necessary)
